Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide, fully remote mental health practice focused on older adults. We provide caseload management, administrative support, and a strong clinical community to help therapists thrive in telehealth.

Join a mission-driven team offering part-time or full-time, fee-for-service positions with flexible schedules across 7 days a week. Start per-week hours at 15 (1099) or 25 (W2), building your caseload with ongoing clinical supervision and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Wisconsin.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
