Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice hiring independent therapists to serve older adults from home, taking care of caseloads and admin so you can focus on clinical care. We offer both 1099 and W2 arrangements with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Florida.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
