Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice focused on mental healthcare for older adults. We provide caseload support, administrative help, and a clinical community to thrive in telehealth from home.

Join independent clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis with options for 15 hours/week to start and potential growth, all while receiving dedicated provider support and ongoing clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Hawaii.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
