Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring independent therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults from a fully remote home office.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis, with flexible hours and no on-call requirements. You’ll be supported by clinical leads, admin help, and a collaborative team while you build a full caseload and maintain autonomy over your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Idaho.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
