Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults from home.

We fill your caseload, handle admin, and surround you with a clinical community to thrive. We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) with 1099 or W2 options; start at 15 hours per week or 25 hours per week and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC.
• Licensed in Texas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
