Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth from a fully remote setting. You will design individualized treatment plans, manage documentation with our AI tools, and collaborate with a supportive care team.

We offer flexible hours (15–25+ per week), and both 1099 and W2 arrangements, with additional clinician support, CEUs, and geriatric-focused clinical supervision. Join a mission-driven company serving seniors nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Washington D.C.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
