Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults.

We fill your caseload and handle administrative work, so you can focus on clinically meaningful care from home. We offer 7‑day scheduling with both part‑time and full‑time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) on a fee‑for‑service basis, starting at 15–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Texas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
