Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin work, and provide ongoing clinical support, all from home.

You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate geriatric care and streamlined workflows. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed clinicians, with flexible schedules and generous support.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology or MFT.
• Licensed in Virginia required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EMR systems; Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
