Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin, and provide support and clinical community from home. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists on a flexible, fee-for-service basis.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and tailor workload to fit your life. You will join a mission-driven team with dedicated clinical leadership, CEUs, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must hold an active independent clinical license in at least one field (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Missouri licensure is required to practice in Missouri.
• Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy at master’s level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
