Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice providing Medicare-covered therapy and care navigation for older adults, all from home. Therapists are supported by care navigators, clinical leads, and a responsive provider team to thrive in a fully remote setting.

We offer both part-time and full-time, on a flexible fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow from there, with AI documentation assistance and a strong referral network.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Florida.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
