Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice delivering Medicare-covered psychotherapy to older adults. We handle scheduling, admin, and AI-assisted documentation so you can focus on patients from home.

We offer part-time and full-time roles for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) with 1099 or W2 options, starting at 15 hours per week and growing. Set your own schedule across seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in New Mexico
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
