Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed therapists to join remotely in Colorado and beyond. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25+ hours (W2), with flexible schedules and no marketing required. You’ll deliver teletherapy to older adults, build treatment plans, and participate in a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent clinical license in Colorado.
• Experience with geriatric or aging populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and leadership meetings.
