Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide, fully remote mental health practice seeking licensed psychologists to provide telepsychology services for older adults. Start part-time (15 hours) or full-time (25+ hours) per week on a fee-for-service basis, with caseloads built by the team and strong clinical support.

Clinicians receive dedicated leads, admin support, and a schedule set by them. W2 or 1099 options are available, with competitive per-session pay, and benefits for longer hours.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Tennessee.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
