Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide you with a full caseload, admin support, and a clinical community, all from your home. Licenced psychologists can start part-time (15h/wk) or 25h/wk (W2), with 1099 options available and no marketing needed.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Connecticut.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
