Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. seeks licensed clinical psychologists for a nationwide remote telehealth practice serving older adults. Roles are available part-time and full-time on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with growth potential, all from home.

You will be supported by a dedicated clinical lead and admin team, with flexible scheduling across 7 days a week. No marketing or outreach required.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Idaho
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
