Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to deliver telehealth psychotherapy to older adults from a fully remote setup. Start at 15 hours per week on a 1099 basis or 25 hours per week on a W2 basis, with room to grow to a full caseload as you integrate with our clinical community.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Rhode Island.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; participate in regular paid case consultations.
