Job summary

We provide a team-based, telehealth-first environment with dedicated clinical leads and admin support to ensure clinicians can focus on care. We offer part-time and full-time roles for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 options, allowing you to set

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the United States
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
