We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) with 1099 or W2 options, allowing you to set your own schedule and build a full caseload over time.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in MA.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
