Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual mental health practice focused on older adults. We provide full caseload support, admin relief, and a clinical community, all from home. Clinicians join a supportive telehealth team and receive competitive per-session rates with 1099 or W2 options.

We offer part-time and full-time roles for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) nationwide, with flexible hours and a patient-first approach to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Maryland.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
