Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide caseload management, admin support, and a strong clinical community, all from home. We offer part-time and full-time roles for licensed psychologists with flexible schedules and fee-for-service arrangements.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology.
• PSYPACT authorization preferred with application support and fee reimbursement.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
