Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice delivering mental healthcare to older adults. You’ll work from home, set your own schedule, and help manage a growing caseload with wraparound clinical support.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 options and scalable caseloads. Flexible, remote work empowers clinicians and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Kentucky.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
