Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for fully remote work. Start at 15 hours/week on a 1099 basis or 25 hours/week on a W2 basis, with the option to grow. We provide schedule matching, admin support, and a collaborative clinical lead to help you build a full caseload.

Work from home with modern telehealth tools, AI documentation, and ongoing professional development including free CEUs. Competitive per-session pay and benefits for W2 clinicians (25+ hrs/week).

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Connecticut.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
