Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote telehealth practice offering flexible, fee-for-service opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD). Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow from there.

We provide wraparound support, a dedicated clinical lead, and scheduling, plus AI documentation tools and ongoing clinical training. Choose your own schedule across 7 days.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Vermont
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
