Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for fully remote, fee-for-service roles. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with flexible scheduling across 7 days.

Join a supportive team, built around telehealth, with dedicated clinical leads and admin support. Clinicians enjoy no on-call requirements, opportunities for CEUs, and insurance options for W2 staff at 25+ hours per week.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Montana.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
