Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual psychology practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for part-time or full-time, fee-for-service roles. Work from home with a fully remote schedule seven days a week and a guaranteed caseload managed by the team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Washington.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
