Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide fully remote practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to provide teletherapy for older adults.

Roles are available part-time (15 hours/week, 1099) or full-time (25 hours/week, W2) with fee-for-service compensation and flexible scheduling. We support you with a dedicated clinical lead, admin assistance, and a team that helps you achieve a full caseload quickly while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Hawaii.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
