Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering mental healthcare to older adults. We handle the caseload and admin, enabling clinicians to focus on therapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time roles for licensed psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, with 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), and you set your own schedule seven days a week. Join a supported team with clinical leads, real-time admin support, and an AI documentation

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in South Dakota.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
