Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed psychologists to provide remote therapy for older adults. We offer part-time and full-time roles on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and building from there.

You’ll receive dedicated clinical leadership, administrative support, and AI documentation tools while you focus on clinical care. Live in Alaska with license and enjoy flexible scheduling across 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist in Alaska or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
