Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults from home. Start part-time (15 hrs/week) or full-time (25+ hrs/week) with 1099 or W2 arrangement, built around your availability.

You’ll receive clinical support, a dedicated team, and a scalable infrastructure that handles scheduling and referrals. We cover Medicare-related billing support, EMR tools, and ongoing clinical training.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Maine.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
