Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for remote, fee-for-service psychotherapy with older adults. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow from there.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with a flexible schedule, seven days a week, and supportive clinical leadership. You will work from home with AI documentation tools, CEUs, and a 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer matching for eligible W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in New York.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Telehealth platform experience and EHR familiarity.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
