Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to join our nationwide virtual practice focused on older adults. This telehealth role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, no evenings, no on-call, and the comfort of working from home with robust clinical support.

We provide a turnkey setup: filled caseloads, admin assistance, and access to geriatric-focused training and clinical supervision to help you thrive in a patient-centered, Medicare-covered care model.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent Minnesota psychology license.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with care team.
• Document efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
