Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering Medicare-covered therapy for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin work, and support you with a clinical community from home.

We offer part-time and full-time psychologist roles (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) to start. Join a supportive team that includes clinical leads and real-time admin support, enabling you to focus on psychotherapy.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology.
• Oregon license to practice in the state.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
