Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Engineering, Geomatics or related field.
- 5+ years in technical support, training, surveying, or technical education roles.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person engagements.
- Conduct customer training sessions and workshops on product usage and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and instructional content.
- Collaborate with engineering, support and professional services to resolve issues.
- Share product knowledge with internal teams and gather customer feedback.
- Stay current on new features, solutions and industry best practices.
- Assist in pre‑sales activities with technical consultations and demonstrations.
- Support customer onboarding and adoption by aligning solutions with goals.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and training activities.
