Ardent Management Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Geospatial Trainer / Outreach Coordinator to join our team in a remote role.

You will support the design, development, and delivery of presentations and geospatial products for training and demonstrations, while providing customer outreach and technical support to the Homeland Security community. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in geospatial technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, GIS, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Two years of specialized experience in geospatial technologies, training, or outreach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and deliver clear presentations and technical demonstrations.
Ability to translate geospatial information for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and deliver presentations and geospatial products for training and demonstration purposes.
Support training activities and demonstrations according to client requirements.
Perform customer outreach and respond to questions about geospatial technologies.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Deliver technical demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
Communicate geospatial information effectively to Homeland Security audiences.
Research geospatial information to support customer needs.
Collaborate with team to develop training and outreach materials.
Maintain technical documentation and outreach materials.
