Job summary

Ardent in the United States is seeking an entry level Geospatial Trainer / Outreach Coordinator to support development, design, and delivery of presentations and geospatial products for training and demonstration purposes. This remote role focuses on customer outreach and technical support to the Homeland Security community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, GIS, IT, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deliver presentations, briefings, and geospatial products for training and demonstration purposes.
• Support training activities and demonstrations in accordance with client requirements.
• Perform customer outreach and respond to questions related to geospatial technologies and products.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate assistance or recommendations.
• Deliver technical demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical geospatial information effectively to Homeland Security audiences.
• Research geospatial information as requested to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective training and outreach materials.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and outreach materials.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with government clients and stakeholders.
