MasTec Renewables is hiring Geomatics Engineers I–III for Indianapolis-area projects in wind, solar, and renewable infrastructure. You will collect, analyze, and present geospatial data under senior engineers, growing responsibilities with experience.

The role supports open remote work with up to 25% travel across the US, offering a path across MasTec’s renewables portfolio and cross-company opportunities within IMS-IEA Management Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
• Geomatics experience with GIS, data processing, and surveying instruments.
• Experience levels align with Engineer I–III positions and compensation varies by level.

Responsibilities

• Perform topographic, boundary, and environmental surveys using GPS and surveying instruments.
• Process geospatial data to create maps, models, and reports for planning and design.
• Develop 3D models and simulations to optimize site layouts and assess impacts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and land-use laws.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate geospatial data into projects.
