Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in IVF environment.
• Experience managing technical product lines and supporting product launches.
• Strong understanding of IVF workflows and genetic testing applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional marketing strategy for genetic testing and genomic services.
• Define segmentation and positioning across IVF clinics, embryology labs, and genetic counseling networks.
• Create marketing materials including white papers, case studies, presentations, digital campaigns, and educational content.
• Translate complex genetic data into clear and meaningful customer value.
• Partner with sales to deliver training, tools, and competitive positioning.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new assays, platform updates, and enhancements.
