Kaleidoscope Innovation is seeking a remote Senior Solutions Architect to design and review Genesys Cloud CX solutions and lead large migrations across multiple contact center platforms. You will craft architecture that scales, integrates with CRM and ITSM systems, and aligns with business goals.

The role emphasizes guiding proposals, providing strategic architectural insights, and working with clients to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.
• Led large-scale migrations across Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Avaya, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect and legacy PBX platforms.
• Expertise with Architect Call Flows, Digital Flows, Secure Flows, Bot Flows, and agent scripting.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional needs.
• Review and develop solution architecture aligned with the framework; ensure scalable, reliable design.
• Assess technologies and platforms to meet business requirements; propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
