Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect with deep experience in Genesys Cloud CX to design enterprise contact center architectures and ensure scalable, reliable solutions across platforms.

You will review technical solutions, lead migrations from Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Avaya Aura, NICE CXone, Five9, and other legacy PBX systems, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful projects in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale contact center architectures with Genesys Cloud CX.
• Proven ability to lead large migrations across multiple legacy/contact center platforms.
• Strong skills in evaluating technologies and building scalable, maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional needs.
• Review, propose, and develop scalable solution architectures.
