Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a General Medicine Practice Coordinator to support 24/7 telemedicine operations.

You will help coordinate physician schedules, reschedule patients, manage referrals and prior authorizations, and assist in launching new product offerings, ensuring clinicians are supported in a virtual care environment. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in healthcare, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a customer-service mindset and ability to generate reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of healthcare experience or direct ambulatory medical office experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to support physicians in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience generating reports and documents is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician schedules and patient rescheduling for telemedicine clinics.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and onboarding of new physicians.
• Provide administrative support for CME activities, licensing, and credentialing processes.
• Respond to provider requests and escalate as needed to ensure timely information.
• Support staff meetings, attendance, minutes, and follow-up items.
• Participate in performance improvement and related duties as required.
