Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead the 24/7 Care program across the United States in a remote capacity.

The role focuses on implementing policies, ensuring high medical quality, and mentoring providers while aligning with company strategy and regulatory requirements. You will oversee W2 and 1099 physicians and help drive provider satisfaction, accountability, and continuous clinical improvements.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and board certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a clinical leader in a multi-specialty setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all W2 and 1099 providers in the region.
• Accountable for KPI and Quality measures in the region.
• Mentor and coach new hires; support multiple license types.
• Provide clinical consultation and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with new initiatives and policies.
