Job summary

DFTBA Records, LLC is seeking a strategic, digitally fluent General Manager for Good Store to drive growth, product development, and a mission-driven customer experience. You will own revenue growth, operations, and strategic vision in a fast-moving, purpose-led e-commerce context.

You will partner with co-founders and ELT to align priorities, manage vendors, and lead a high-performing team while expanding both profitability and charitable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience directly running an e-commerce website or DTC brand with measurable growth.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and related analytics/tools.
• Strong P&L, forecasting, and vendor-management discipline.
• Experience building and leading teams in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Good Store.
• Identify and launch strategic growth initiatives across products and channels.
• Set clear KPIs and operating rhythms aligned to strategic priorities.
• Lead daily operations of Good Store including merchandising and inventory.
• Partner with warehouse and CS to ensure service levels and satisfaction.
• Build inventory/purchasing strategies balancing demand and cash flow.
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure product quality and mission alignment.
• Drive processes for scalability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
