Job summary

DFTBA's Good Store is seeking a strategic General Manager to lead revenue growth, operations, and brand vision for a mission-driven e-commerce brand. You will own the Good Store P&L, partner with co-founders, and build a high-performing team across marketing, product, and operations from Missoula, MT or remote in select states.

You’ll drive growth initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while expanding charitable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running an e-commerce or DTC brand with growth results.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and paid/organic channels.
• Balance brand storytelling with P&L, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Experience building and leading teams in a fast-moving digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Good Store.
• Identify new product lines, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Set clear KPIs and operating rhythms aligned to priorities.
• Lead daily operations across merchandising, inventory, and customer touchpoints.
• Manage vendor relations and negotiate favorable terms while upholding quality.
