Job summary

DFTBA is seeking a strategic Good Store General Manager in Missoula, MT (remote in select states) to own revenue growth, operations, and strategic vision for the Good Store brand. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with Hank & John Green, manage vendor relationships, and drive profitability while expanding charitable impact.

The role reports to the CEO as part of the Executive Leadership Team and requires balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a General Manager or director-level role in ecommerce/digital business.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, scaling operations, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Good Store that expands revenue and profit.
• Lead daily operations including merchandising, inventory, and website content.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and operating targets.
• Partner with co-founders and ELT to align priorities and drive company health.
