Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in key leadership roles with track record of financial and market share impact.
• Experience leading startup growth to deliver strong sales and customer satisfaction results.
• Preferred background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, and/or cooling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations including product development, sales, finance and team leadership.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers with responsiveness to the voice of customers.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Own overall P&L accountability and ensure delivery of financial commitments while driving sustainable growth.
• Drive business development strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.
