Qualifications

• Multi-line claims handling experience is required.
• Ability to investigate and adjust GL claims end-to-end.
• Experience reviewing medical, legal, and damage-related invoices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and/or provide reserve recommendations within authority levels.
• Review, approve or oversee invoices to determine reasonableness and relevance to claims; negotiate disputed bills.
