Job summary

The ideal candidate has senior experience as GC or deputy GC, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a track record in corporate contract management.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel with a focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project's documentation objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with micro1's team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI‑training needs.
• Deliver high‑quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.
