Job summary

The candidate should have GC-level experience, exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently to support AI-training materials and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel or Deputy/Assistant GC focused on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Commercial contract drafting, negotiation and management in corporate settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry-standard contract review and risk assessment practices.
• Experience developing or using contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven projects, including sourcing eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and provide concise insights for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks for diverse scenarios and company needs.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements with clarity and compliance.
• Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Curate non-confidential, eligible transaction materials to support project documentation objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure materials meet guidelines and AI-training needs.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.
