Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel or similar, with a focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry-standard contract review and risk assessment practices.
• Experience developing contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments and materials sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and provide concise insights for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with standards.
• Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of project documentation objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.
