Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel or Deputy/Assistant General Counsel with focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or using contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
• Ability to work independently and provide concise insights for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements.
• Provide commentary on contract management and negotiation best practices.
• Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials for project documentation.
• Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates for efficiency and risk mitigation.
